Join the Conversation in Four Easy Steps!

NAFCM's new community mediation discussion groups (listserves) are the easiest, most informative way to engage our field.  Follow these simple instructions to join the conversation today!

LOGIN or CREATE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT

NAFCM no longer issues its own usernames and passwords. For your convenience, our new listserves are directly and securely linked to your personal Google Account.  This allows you to conveniently access our discussion groups without needing NAFCM-specific login credentials.  You can use any email address, including your existing work email, to create a Google Account.  Watch this step-by-step instructional video or read Google's instructions, then create your new Google Account.

CHOOSE YOUR GROUPS

Review the complete list of discussion and working groups or propose a custom conversation.  When looking for our groups, please note these listserves are tied directly to NAFCM's Groups platform, so they're currently not listed in Google's larger Groups directory.

APPLY FOR GROUP MEMBERSHIP [FREE!]

NOTE: You DO NOT have a NAFCM Username and Password.  You must click "Sign in with a different account" to access these groups with your existing or newly created personal Google Account.  Applying for group membership is a request to join that specific discussion group, not a request to join NAFCM.  Though not required of most discussion groups, we encourage you to support the community by joining NAFCM

To help provide an exceptional experience, most groups will ask you to provide a short description of your interest and/or involvement in the group's focus area.  This helps us ensure each group's conversation remains relevant to why you initially joined.  Please note, it may take several hours for group moderators to process your request.

READ, SHARE, CONNECT!

Once you've joined the group, we invite you to read the welcome message posted by the group managers.  Then, introduce yourself and jump right in.  Contribute regularly and enrich the conversation.

If you have any difficulties connecting to these exciting new discussion groups, we're here to help.  Feel free to contact us directly and we'll help get you connected to the community's latest conversations.
