Two community mediation practitioners—one of whom is a Veteran—will present the tool they created, in collaboration with the other partners of the learning community, that pulls the most current branding literature and practices into one place with a focus on ‘naming’ the community mediation center’s place in the spectrum of services that can support and enhance the lives of veterans and members of the military. A take away is the importance to shape your brand and not let others shape your community brand perception. Without accurate perceptions, Veterans and Military families may group mediation services with other services carrying potentially negative connotations.

This webinar relates to the following NAFCM Hallmarks:

About the presenter:

 Jack M Signorella Ed.D, Professor Emeritus. Mediator and Veteran of the Vietnam war.


Brennan Frazier graduated in 2012 from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Political Science and History. He now works at Mediation Matters, coordinating Community, Family, and Small Claims Mediation Programs.
