Have you felt the frustration of seeing your co-workers, friends or family have a disagreement or conflict and wished you had the skills to really help?

Our 42-hour basic-skills mediation course will prepare you to mediate a variety of workplace and personal conflicts. The course includes theory, communication skills, mediation process and techniques, and ethical standards along with extensive practice.
