Join us for an intuitive and comprehensive presentation followed by a Q & A: How to Divorce in Good Financial Health

Date: September 19, 2018

Time: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Family Services of Central Massachusetts is pleased to announce, in partnership with Life Events Organizing, a new program focused on helping people navigate the financial aspects of their divorce.

Many people come to us asking us questions like:

  • How do I divide my assets?
  • What is a Financial Statement?
  • How will we provide for our child(ren)?
  • Can I afford to get a divorce?
  • How do I fill out a Financial Statement?
  • Can I afford to keep the house?
  • Will I be financially okay after divorce?

These questions are normal and valid when divorcing!

We are pleased to offer you this opportunity to join us and have your many questions answered. We will talk about a number of topics specifically around dealing with how to: divide savings; deal with retirement accounts; make decisions about the home; figure out medical insurance; handle debt; and more.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions you may have in front of the group, or privately after, to trained Divorce Financial Professionals who can help you take the steps you need to move forward more confidently.
