Here is an opportunity to join Rotarians and other peace leaders in learning from and planning for peace actions in communities around the world. 


Rotary World Peace Conference 2020 will be held on January 17 & 18, 2020 at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California.


The planning for the Rotary World Peace Conference 2020 is nearing completion.  Nearly all of the experts presenting in the 104 breakout sessions have been selected.  The final keynote speakers for our six general sessions will be announced soon. Nearly half of our booth spaces have been reserved.  Final details are being lined out for our Peace Concert.  The special Community Heroes’ Awards Dinner is accepting nominations for heroes. Early registrations show that we will have attendees joining us from across the country and around the world.  Please visit our website regularly to learn about our presenters.


Speakers will be sharing solutions to human trafficking, domestic violence, community violence, child abuse, severe trauma, and much more. 

·       You will learn how to Cure Violence from Dr. Gary Slutkin.  

·       You will hear from Kenneth Cloke, founder of Mediators Beyond Borders International and a leader in modern mediation.

·       Christine Ahn will share her passion and work in Korea with Women Cross DMZ.  

·       Michelle K. Brooks, Chief of Staff of the Peace Corps, will share updates and importance of Peace Corps efforts around the globe.

·       Dr. Lori Leyden will share her trauma therapy methods that are making a positive impact for parents and students in the Parkland shooting, as well as with survivors of violence and refugees in camps around the world. 

·       Joan Blades, Living Room Conversations, will share techniques to heal division and misunderstandings in our relationships with others.

·       Brian Gladden, Rotary District 5180, will share information on their project to end human trafficking in Sacramento.  

·       Nobel Laureate Nominee, Dr. Fozia Alvi will speak about her humanitarian work in refugee camps in Bangledesh. 

·       Steve Killelea, CEO of the Institute for Economics and Peace, will share about current measures of peace in the world and steps to create Positive Peace in our cities and countries. These are just a few of the presenters, who will share solutions to issues that are impacting our lives and the lives of others around the world.


Please visit  and register today.  Our early registration price of $239 will increase to $259 on October 1st and to $289 on November 1st.  We have a special rate for college students at $150.  Our Interact Peace Conference has a limit of 500 students on a first come – first serve basis.  The conference is open to the public.
