AAA-ICDR Foundation 2019 Grant Recipients

The AAA-ICDR Foundation funded sixteen grants in 2019. The Foundation received over one hundred Initial Descriptions of Grant Requests. The Foundation, after a careful review of all of the submissions and the presentation of full grant proposals, approved the following sixteen grants totaling over $475,000 in funding.

 

NAFCM received a grant of $49,260 to fund a structured listening restorative-based process to be able to help communities with conflict around racial, gender and economic inequities. 

 

Congratulations to NAFCM Members who were also grant recipients.

 

Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center received $25,000 to provide a 6-week peer mediation training in communities of color in Los Angeles County.

 

Quabbin Mediation received $25,000 to develop an online Training Active Bystander's teaching method.

 

Resolutions Northwest received $24,500 to establish a statewide network of twenty Mediators of Color to provide Oregon's historically white ADR standards, practices and institutions with equity, racial and social justice-informed frameworks and practices.
